Health, the only precious thing in life, what ever you have in the mere absence of it, is nothing at all. Health consciousness is the most necessary part of life. Apart from the other affairs it is the foremost thing that we live.  Due to deplorable lack of awareness in the eastern part of the world the life expectancy, in the whole region is doesn’t reach even 70 years. As in India it is 66.46 and in Pakistan 65.64, and this is disappointingly lesser than any European, Middle Eastern or advanced countries, like: Australia (81.74), Canada (81.29), France (81.09), Spain (81.07), Switzerland (80.97) etc. There are of course the great many tips to make life better and thus more livable. There are some tips that every one indeed must follow for one’s own safety and betterment sake. To follow them may keep one healthy, or if one is inflicted it will make ones disease not to overcome, rather to keep it forever dormant. Tips are as follows.
1. Food Consciousness (Calories, glycemic index, fats and much more)
Remember to abstain from food as in dieting is just no way. It is artificial and therefore unnatural. The better strategy rather is to properly regulate your self, and this may better be achieved in exercise and in food control. As in the west, the food consciousness is the part and parcel of one’s life. Eating more calories and fats in the total absence of body’s activities may cause some very serious problems with one’s health that may result in heart’s failure, paralysis and brain hemorrhage. As in the diet control the case of people with hypertension and diabetes is some highly sensitive. Its only with diet control these diseases may be put dormant and it is just like that as one is completely normal. As more is the diet, more will be the raise in glycemic index. Many just don’t know that they can give them selves a good treatment with not letting the glucose level rise in body in less eating with more frequency.
2. Exercise (fats and how to burn them)
Exercise helps greater in burning the fats and disburden you from some extra weight. The best exercises are aerobic in nature, the ones you do outside the gym in the open air, e.g. walk, running, jogging etc. There are some fats of the body that need some tough exercise to be burnt- the bad fats as the fats round abdomen, that begin burning at the end, as after one hour walk on the plain ground.
3. Awareness of Diseases.
Awareness of diseases (causes, symptoms and treatments) is something more crucial. There are many websites that give the latest medical research and to study them is highly beneficial. There are home remedies too which is the treatment at hand.
4. Keep a close watch on your body.
In this case it is necessary that one should be aware of his / her body mass index and any other type of unhealthy sign. Height in meters multiply by two divided it to the weight in KGs is the Body mass index, and 20 to 25 is normal.
