  19. Salt s per your taste
  20. Turmeric 1 tea spoon
  21. Cloves 4
  22. Ghee 1 cup
  23. Ginger and garlic paste 2 table spoons
  24. Poppy seed 2 table spoons

Preparation:

Add bread loafs, chopped onions, chopped parsley, chopped mint, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds, fried grams, poppy seeds, raw red chili, cinnamon and mashed coriander seeds in the minced meat and make the meat balls from this mixture. Put yogurt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili, fried onions and salt in a bowl. Now pour oil in the cooking pan, add this yogurt in it and add meat balls when the water of the yogurt dries out and shake the pane without using a spoon. Then add water (as required) and spice mixture and parsley. When it starts to boil, turn off the burner. Delicious “koftas” are ready to serve with the “roti”.
